About Us

We built the self-improvement blog we wished existed.

BetterLife30Blog started in 2026 after our founder, Alex Rivera, spent a year recovering from burnout and got frustrated with how much self-improvement content online was either recycled listicles or unverified hype.

So we built something narrower and deeper: three focus areas — Mindset, Productivity, and Lifestyle — covered with genuine research, plain language, and zero gimmicks.

Every guide on this site is written or edited by a named member of our small team, grounded in cited research or established clinical frameworks, and tested by the person writing it before it’s published. We don’t recommend expensive gadgets or subscriptions because most of what actually changes people’s lives is free.

Our Focus Areas

Mindset

Emotional fitness, nervous-system regulation, and mental clarity for a calmer, sharper mind.

Productivity

Focus systems, habit design, and AI-assisted workflows for doing more of what matters.

Lifestyle

Sleep, nutrition, money mindset, and sustainable habits for a well-rounded everyday life.
